LameLancette is not responsible for any loss or direct, indirect, resulting from e\o sales articles proposed in the catalogue published for delayed delivery of product e\o failure, nor for any other facts not attributable directly to our company.

Warranty
The guarantee is valid for defects declared within twenty-four (24) months from date of invoice for private users and twelve (12) months for business customers with VAT number.
Is the manufacturer warranty or the official importer in Italy.
Any transport costs to and from the service, are borne by the buyer.
The warranty expires immediately if the object is tampered, repaired, opened, modified by unauthorized persons or otherwise without written consent of the manufacturer.

Payment and Delivery

NOTE for c.o.d. shipments with exclusive payment in cash up to 500.00 euro: in the case of non-delivery was successful and the goods were not withdrawn will be forwarded as required by our debt recovery Office for payment of shipping costs and the costs incurred for the flag.
Shipping & return policy
Ordered items will be shipped with SDA courier.
Withdrawal of order within 10 working days starting from the day of receipt of the same. In case of withdrawal and shipment of the object the client will take over the transport costs must be traceable. Upon receipt of the goods the customer shall be refunded as soon as possible by means of bank transfer.
Delivery is normally done in the 24 hours following dispatch Excl. Islands and some locations in the far North and far south of the peninsula.
The goods travel at the buyer's risk, so are kindly requested to sigg. Customers that any claims for damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods, by signing the receipt provided indicating the type of damage.
The customer is protected by Italian legislation concerning the right of withdrawal (D.L. 1/15/92 No. 50).
