Pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the customer has the option to withdraw from the contract/order concluded over the Internet without any penalty and without giving any explanation, in compliance with the conditions listed below.
The right of withdrawal expires:
- For lack of the essential condition of good health (packaging and/or its content)
- Use, even partial, of the fine and any consumables
- The lack of external packaging and/or original internal packaging
- The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.)
- The damage of the product for several causes from its transport
In the cases mentioned above,LameLancette will return the purchased goods to the sender.
Cannot exercise the right of withdrawal customers who purchase with VAT and those who buy custom goods.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, within a period of 10 (ten) days from receiving working of the products ordered, the customer must send to the address below with a registered letter with advice of receipt. The Communication can be sent, within the same period, also by means of telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours.
The communication must contain:
- the manifestation of intention to use the benefit granted by Legislative Decree No. 185 of the May 22, 1999
- the indication of the product (s) for which (s) he decides to avail itself of the right of withdrawal
- the data related to your bank account (this is to allow the repayment of the sum payable).
To obtain a refund of the payment, the customer shall, at its own expense, return the purchased products at the following address:

The expedition made must occur within ten days working from receipt of the goods and must be performed through vector traceable.
Reimbursement arrangements of consideration: LameLancette will refund by wire transfer in the shortest time possible, and in any event within 30 days of receipt of the communication.
The refund is attributable both to the price of the product (s) made.
Is expressly understood that the cost of returning the product toLameLancette will be borne by the customer.
